Stories to Tell
Coming from the southern region of Taiwan, Jimmy Chiu has always been passionate about food. In Taiwan, we share food with our loved ones while telling stories and it is one of the many ways to share our passion. Each dish is unique and tells a different story or has a different connection. We all grow up loving food and now, we would like to share this love and connection with you.
MEATS
We are currently looking for local farmers around Strathmore to partner up with to locally source our meats. We currently use only chicken breasts and white meat for all of our dishes.
Vegetables
Our vegetables are bought daily and never frozen. We prepare them on site and clean them throughly before using.
TEAS
We offer different grades of Taiwanese High Mountain Tea. Please inquire if interested.
We offer catering and party menus, however you MUST order 48 hr in advance.
